ResumeParserPro was founded in 2024 by a team of engineers and HR professionals who noticed a troubling pattern: talented candidates were being automatically rejected before a human ever read their resume. ATS systems — used by over 98% of Fortune 500 companies — were silently filtering out great candidates due to simple formatting issues and missing keywords.
We spent months studying how ATS systems work across different markets — the USA, UK, Canada, and UAE — each with their own conventions, preferred systems, and cultural expectations. We then built an AI that understands all of this nuance and gives candidates real, actionable feedback in seconds.
