ResumeParserPro provides an AI-powered ATS (Applicant Tracking System) resume analysis service. The Service analyzes resumes against job descriptions to provide compatibility scores, keyword analysis, skills gap reports, and improvement recommendations.
Our AI analysis is provided as a tool to assist job seekers and is not a guarantee of employment outcomes. ATS scores are estimates based on algorithmic analysis and may not perfectly reflect how any specific employer's ATS system will evaluate your resume.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The Free plan provides 3 resume analyses per month at no cost. Free plan features are subject to change without notice.
The Pro plan is billed at $19.00 USD per month. Your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first paid charge. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the period ends.

You retain ownership of your resume content. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI ANALYSIS RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. ATS SCORES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND DO NOT GUARANTEE EMPLOYMENT OUTCOMES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESUMEPARSERPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom, except where mandatory local law applies.
